The St Elizabeth's curriculum consists of the National Curriculum core and foundation subjects which are taught in a relevant, exciting and memorable way to inspire pupils. As a Catholic school, the teaching of RE forms 10% of our curriculum, and our School Values and British Values are integrated throughout all subject areas.
Our curriculum aims to stimulate curiosity and a love of learning while ensuring that children learn and develop the essential knowledge and skills for their age.
An enrichment programme for each year group enables all children to learn from visiting experts, take their learning beyond the classroom and collaborate with other schools to create long-lasting memories.
Each term, we provide a detailed outline of the topics, learning objectives and vocabulary to be covered in each year group. We share these with parents and these can be found on the class pages of our school website.
